How do I share my videos with Happy Day Videos?
You will receive a link to Dropbox where you can upload all of your photos, videos and voice recordings. By downloading the Dropbox app to your phone, you can upload everything directly from your smart phone. Or, you can use the online site to upload directly from your computer. If you prefer, we can also send you a thumbdrive to upload your files.
How many photos and videos should I include in my personal video?
We can include as many videos as you'd like in our personal home video option. If you choose to create a celebration video, we recommend 80-120 photos and 30-40 videos for a 5-7 minute video. See our services page for a full list of pricing.
Can you include some of my favorite songs with my video?
We use royalty free music in all of our videos. This means you can share your video on social media for all of your friends and family to see! We are unable to use the copyrighted music from your favorite artists and bands.
How long does it take to receive my video?
Once we receive all of the necessary materials, it takes 2 weeks to complete your finished product.
Will I be able to make changes to my video?
Yes, you will be able to see a preliminary version of your edited video and can request changes before we provide you with the final product. We use our creative liberties to come up with a unique video for you, but we know you'll love it!
